How can I pay for my holiday?
PayPal for credit cards, Internet banking for bank transfers or cheques made payable to DISC.
Do you have Internet access?
Galloway Cottage provides free unlimited wifi Internet access for your computer or smartphones.
Is Galloway Cottage easy to get to?
Galloway Cottage is centrally located in Gatehouse of Fleet, Dumfries & Galloway, South West Scotland. The area has good road links with the main euro route A75 between Carlisle and Stranraer. Dumfries has a main line railway station and Gatehouse is well served by local bus routes.
Do I need to bring anything for my stay?
Bed linen and towels are provided at Galloway Cottage. The bathroom has a 110/240v ac shaver point. An iron and ironing board are also available.
What time can I arrive and depart the cottage for my holiday?
Galloway Cottage will be ready for your arrival at 4pm on the first day of the holiday. You will need to vacate the cottage by 10am on the last day of your holiday. This is to allow us to maintain the high standards of cleanliness for all our guests.
Can I book a different start date or length of holiday to those shown?
Our standard holidays begin on Saturday and are booked in seven day periods. We now have Winter Short Breaks available (minimum of 4 nights).
Can I bring my dog?
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
What happens if I cancel my holiday?
We will make every attempt to re-let your holiday at Galloway Cottage but our conditions page has full details. Complete cancellation insurance is available from www.cancellationplan.com including travel costs
